Opening hours

The Adviceline phone lines are open 9am -7pm Monday to Friday. On Wednesday 3 October and Thursday 4 October our phone lines are open 9am to 5pm.

Please note the lines are closed for essential staff training between 11am – 12noon on Thursdays.
